Watching this girl create memories of her own, brings me so much joy. It’s been two days since her birthday and almost every sunny moment has been spent on her birthday bike.
Getting to watch my Love teach our daughter to ride a bike has been a core memory I will cherish forever.

I love fall. As the leaves on the trees begin to change, it reminds me of how we all go through cycles of regrowth. We don’t have to be who it was that we were yesterday, today we have the opportunity to be who it is that we want to be. Today we have the opportunity to shed our leaves and make room for regrowth. What would you like to change this month? You have 60 days left in the year. Who do you want to be in 2022? Do you want to be the same person that you’ve been? Or do you want to grow into the person that you know that you’ve always wanted to be? Are you open to growing and putting in the hard work?

The hardest work that I’ve ever done, has been internal work. Changing how I live my life, to be a positive influence to my family & friends. Breaking generations of trauma starts with the work that I put in daily, strengthening my emotional intelligence, placing personal boundaries, and following through on the goals I’m setting for my own future.
