These pills helped me so much to dilate in minutes with all 3 of my pregnancies. I’m not a doctor always talk to your doctor this is just what I did 😊 I took 1 pill at 34 weeks pregnant then 2 pills at 35 weeks preggo the 3 at 36 weeks and so on until I got up to 6 pills a week.
