All the must haves for breastfeeding! These items have been highly used throughout my breastfeeding journey and what I recommend!

Boppy vs. MyBreastFriend: these nursing pillows are wonderful when it comes to the start of breastfeeding. The breast friend helps keeps your posture and has a pocket for essentials. The boppy is just a support pillow but can double as a lounger as baby grows or be used for tummy time. It also has more cover options.

Burp cloths: my absolute fav is CopperPearl. These cloths catch ALL the spit up and can last all day. The muslin cloths are great for the price and when you need many. (If I could buy only copper pearl I would)

Nursing cover 360 vs. apron: I love both depending on where I’m at in public. The apron is great for summer days when you want to keep baby cool or just throw on if you’re sitting in a chair. The 360 cover is great for on the go if you plan on walking + nursing at the same time.

Nipple shields: I loved the little plastic shields to keep on the go in my diaper bag. The silverettes are awesome for cracked nipples and help provide extra relief.

Earth mama: I swear that this is the best nipple butter of all time. It’s a clean label and saved me from cracking! Also doubles as an amazing chapstick.

Haakaa: this pump is the best at catching let down and providing an extra milk stash instead of actually pumping! It is used as a suction while baby nurses on the opposite side.

Haakaa milk container: this is a must for your diaper bag if you use your haakaa in public. No need to throw away the extra milk!

Milk bags: perfect for storing + freezing milk for later

Breast therapy pack: these will be your best friend when your milk comes in. The perfect hot + cold compress to help the soreness
