After doing @eli.rallo November journaling challenge, yall asked me what prompts I was doing on the off days when she didn’t have a video so I thought I’d share those this month. If you missed her November videos go back because you’ll find some good nuggets in there to help boost your journaling practice especially if you’re new to it.

Tips for writing 3 full pages when you’re stuck:
- write the same line over and over again if you have to. Eventually it will spill out
- brain dump things that are on your mind for today even if they have nothing to do with the topic. Stream of conscious writing will help you get there
