Fringe has never gone out of style…but this season, it feels especially iconic. I’m showing you two jackets that prove why—one’s a bit of an investment, the other is a budget-friendly steal. Both have timeless vibes, and can be worn for any occasion!

Size Details:
Jacket #1 : I’m in a Medium, and it’s very true to size. I wouldn’t have been able to size down.

Jacket #2: I’m wearing a small and it’s still a relaxed fit, so I suggest sizing down a full size. It is a bit long, so if you’re a petite, keep that in mind!

White Shirt: I’m wearing a medium, very true to size!

Jeans: I sized down to a small in these, and they fit great, so I would consider sizing down.

Nike Sneakers: I always wear my true size 10 in all Nikes—so very TTS in my opinion!

Dress: I wish this was still available, but it’s long sold out. Hopefully there will be a new color way this coming spring—I’ll keep my eyes peeled!

Who doesn’t love a chic, fall outfit!? These are the same jeans + top, styled with a few different jacket and vest options.

Sizing:
Jacket and Vest - I am wearing a small in all three of these. I did size down from my normal medium, however, I easily could have worn a medium as well. So don’t be afraid of the fit.

Jeans- I am wearing these in my normal size 28. They are a tad bit roomy, but when I tried on the size 27, they were a bit too snug. I like my jeans to fit comfortably, which is why I kept my true size. If you want a tighter fit, you can absolutely consider sizing down. These do only come in a regular length. I am 5’7”, wearing a 3.5 inch heel… And when uncuffed, they touch the ground. These are definitely comparable to a long or XL length.

I love you all…but not enough to get pregnant just so I can recommend the best jeans 😉

So I’m pulling some pieces from the archives, back when I was pregnant!

I have straight, cropped, flare, wide leg, and a couple of shorts—as well as a few staple tops that lasted me my entire pregnancy!

I always get asked about where I find cowboy jeans, and of all their styles and brands I’ve tried, these are our favorites!

And Jhett can live in these little chambray shirts all summer long!

I’m loving this little sweater! This is the same sweater from the set I shared earlier. I can wear either a medium or a small—so I’d say true to size, but size down if your between sizes!

This is the best basic tee—perfect for work, date night, or everyday!

I wear a medium in these! OG Straight Jeans: These are the perfect straight leg jean, and they’re under $30! And they come in a TON of washes. I’m a size 4, so size down 1 size. Dynamic Fleece Hoodies: I wear a medium in these. There is a hooded and non-hood option, I’ve linked both. Vintage Tee: I live in these relaxed tees, all summer long. I wear a size Small Tall, so I do recommend sizing down a size! Raglan Crew: This is the perfect comfy crew sweater. I wear a small! In My Rodeo Era: This kids tee is just too cute! Two of my favorite back to school hacks:

The Backpack! We love these backpacks from Land’s End. And they’re especially great if you have a daycare-aged kiddo who needs their stuff personalized!

The Closet Shelf! At the beginning of the week, I fold school clothes for the week, and put them in this shelf system. Every morning, our kids know exactly what to grab, and the getting dressed process is painless! Such a gamechanger for those busy mornings

Sizing: if you’re a half size, size down. Otherwise, you can stick with your true size!

Raw denim trousers.

Metallic jeans are my jam! And I have two awesome pair to choose from!

Pair #1:
Target (jeans on the left)
These are perfect for all you girls who are 5’7” or shorter, and prefer a more rigid denim. I’m a size 6, wearing my true size. I’m 5’7” and typically wear a long inseam. I’m wearing 3” heels and these do fit good, so I feel confident anyone my height will be fine with this regular inseam. These are $35

Pair #2
American Eagle (jeans on the right)
These are the comfiest jeans I’ve ever worn. They’re thin, and stretchy, so they feel very comfortable. This fit is going to work with ALL body types. I will suggest, size down one size, and also consider sizing down an inseam. I’m a size 6, 5’7” and typically wear a long inseam. I’ll share a video of me wearing the 6L (my normal size). They’re just too big. In this photo, I’m wearing the 4R. I could probably do the long inseam, but I’d have to wear these 3” shoes. These are on sale for $62!

If you love an elevated, yet basic look, then this is for you!

Sizing Details: I’m 5’7, and usually a size 6/28, and always order a long (34” inseam).

Shirt: I’m wearing a medium tall, so I consider this top to be true to size. In long sleeves, I always order a tall length if I can, because I want to be able to tuck my shirt in. I do have this same style in a Medium regular and it fits perfect, so don’t be worried if the color you want isn’t available in the right length. Chances are, it will work either way.

Jeans: These are my HOLY GRAIL trouser jean. I own multiple pair in the styles I’ve linked. I’m wearing a 6/28 L in these jeans. I do consider them very true to size.

Vest: My specific vest isn’t available, but I’ve linked some very similar options!

Boots: Stetson. Unfortunately they’re sold out in this color way, and aren’t available anywhere on LTK.

Cargo pant lovers, unite! These are an incredible pair, and they come in 4 colors!

Sizing: Ok, this is tough.

Originally I bought a medium (my true size). They fit great, but they felt a little bit big.

I went ahead and bought the small. They fit great, but I actually think I prefer the fit of the medium better?

The waist in the back is gathered, and it’s very gathered. The smalls fit great in the front, but they felt like they were a bit tighter in the back…so I’m going to keep the medium.

I would say if you are between sizes, you can consider sizing down. These are naturally a high waist pant, but because they’re a relaxed fit, you can pull them down lower….so if you want more of a mid-rise fit, stick with your true size.

A few of my favorite Vegas looks. Everything is true to size!
