My best tips for hitting that 10k daily step goal: 1. Start early if you can. A 30-minute walk first thing (treadmill or walking pad) makes the rest of the day so much better. You’ll feel more energized and have a head start on your goals. 2. Park further away when running errands. Walk the shopping center instead of driving. 3. Get in a 20-30 minute walk after dinner (outside is best and YAY for the sun setting later as of this weekend 💃).
