grab your favorite yogurt for your base (I like the @oikos triple zero or @ratiofood

egg whites or two eggs

rolled oats - I found this high protein version from @bobsredmill at @Target

mix everything together with a splash of vanilla, sprinkle of salt and cinnamon (this is where you could add in half of a mashed banana too)

scramble in pan until eggs are cooked and a soft granola forms

add your yogurt to the bowl, top with scrambled oats and toppings of choice

today I did frozen blueberries and almond butter but you could do chopped apples, raspberries, sliced banana or peaches. all are SO good

save this recipe for later when you need to switch up breakfast! So simple, high protein and high fiber 🫐
