Loving this trend. Women are unstoppable. As a 3x c-section mama I’ve rebuilt my body over and over again and it just keeps getting stronger 💪💪 If I was going to start my postpartum fitness journey over again tomorrow I would do this: Walk, all the time. Get outside. Go on stroller walks, baby carrier walks. Spend 5-10 minutes a day doing deep core work and breath work. Lift weights 3-4 times a week. It doesn’t need to be an hour. 30 mins is plenty. Find movement you enjoy and leave the mom guilt behind.
