This is an old, simple family recipe that’s too good (& too easy) not to share!

My meatloaf only have 5 ingredients! There’s no egg, no salt & no pepper! Shocking I know! Trust me, it doesn’t need it!

I use a premade meatloaf mix of pork, veal & beef for a velvety texture (you can usually find it near the ground beef at your grocery store). You can also use ground beef if you prefer.

Add 1/2 C grated parm, Italian breadcrumbs & ketchup, along with 1.5 tbsp dried minced onion or onion flakes (in the spice aisle) to the mix. Get in there & combine!

Form the mix into a loaf in a casserole dish & top with more ketchup. Bake at 350° for 1 hour & 15 minutes.

Last night, I served the meatloaf with mashed potatoes & a chopped salad.
