POV: you skip passed appetizers and do this instead… We did a 6ft charcuterie table + specialty cocktails at the bar so guests had plenty of nibbles and sips during cocktail hour — no long lines, no one waiting to eat. 🧀🍸 It gave us extra time to actually interact with our guests and truly elevated the hour.
