A visit to THE CAROLINAS was much needed...the days were filled with warmer temps then up north, surrounded by beautiful scenery, waking up to the chirping of the birds, gathering with family creating memories over some amazing southern cuisine and connecting and building with friends @hautegreyfox. Staycations aren’t quite the same as a destination vacation. I need of a vacay. What have you all been doing for staycations or have you been traveling?

Over the past few months I started powering walking, explored some hiking and adding a little cardio to my routine to get my body moving. Starting this has given me mental peace and more energy.
