I wore this Athleta tee and my favorite Athleta leggings to the gym on Friday, and DAMN, I could really tell the difference between this and other workout clothes. I think this Athleta tee might be one of my favorite workout items. It’s breathable, cooling, and has a rubber grip at the bottom so that it stays in place. It’s more expensive than my usual Target or Old Navy tees (but I linked those here too because they’re still good!), but the difference is tangible.

I’m also wearing the Athleta Elation Leggings, which are hands-down the most FUPA-supportive leggings I’ve ever tried, while still being soft and comfortable.

I’ve been working HARD on my skincare before my wedding, and the difference in my skin from early July to now is honestly wild. In addition to microneedling and Aquagold facials (1,000/10 recommend), my skincare routine has focused on keeping my face as nourished and hydrated as possible. I’ve started taking this MTE More Than Energy Caffeine-Free Supplement and have really noticed a difference in my energy, focus, and sleep recovery. I bought this travel clothing steamer last year on a recommendation, and travel steamers usually stop working after a year, but this one is still going strong. It has a fast warm-up time and dual voltage. But I especially like how easy it is to empty the water basin completely.

This has been my favorite read of the summer. Everyone who suggested it to me highly recommended the audiobook, and I couldn’t agree more — this book is LONG (the audio itself is 28 hours), and the audio is SO well done and really adds an extra layer of charm and personal connection to the characters and story.

It’s set in Oxford, Mississippi during the Great Depression and towards the end of Prohibition. There are so many different characters, and towards the end of the book I was LOL-ing at some of their quirks and quips.

I started this book because we received SO many recommendations from our followers, all saying that the audio is a MUST for the way it brings the women in the story to life. So many people told me that the characters’ personalities are so relatable and multi-faceted that when the book ends, you’ll actually miss them — and I can confirm that happened to me.
