This ergonomic office chair has been truly life-changing for me. It’s worth every penny, especially if you spend long hours at an office job or deal with any type of back pain, shoulder pain, and/or neck tension exacerbated by sitting at a desk. It’s a fantastic investment, and this Prime Day is the lowest price you’ll find it for all year.

These ergonomic seat and lumbar support cushions are also extremely helpful, and they’re each around 25% off now during Prime Day deals.

Prime Day Deal: This lip gel balm is incredible. It truly works wonders for dry, cracked, or flaky lips, and a little goes a long way. I use it as an overnight lip mask, and it stays on all night to lock in moisture and repair cracks overnight.

Stock up for the cold weather months: 30% off for Prime Day, and sale ends tonight!

A major deal we accidentally left off of the Beauty List! The Bioeffect EGF Power Serum is LEGIT. And it’s also expensive, and unfortunately, it’s worth it. So the fact that it’s on sale for 25% off (a $57 difference) is huge, and it’s one of the best times to buy it this year.

In addition to making my fine lines appear smoother over time, visibly helping with firmness, improving texture, and just giving my complexion an overall more youthful glow, it even makes the effects of my Botox/Dysport treatments last longer. We’ve had multiple followers attest (some testimony on slide 3 👉🏼), and we’ve successfully influenced several friends on this one too. One of our friends even used it for her wedding prep this year, and she loved the results so much that she’s made it a permanent part of her skincare routine!

Sale ends today!

Another one of my oral hygiene holy grail items. This is truly THE BEST toothbrush. I haven’t needed to whiten my teeth in YEARS (I only did recently to be extra-sparkly for Missy’s wedding ✨🦷), and this keeps my smile looking so bright and healthy. It’s SO good at removing tartar, and the small head is great at getting in the crevices behind your teeth. No better compliment than from my dental hygienist! Follower testimonials on slide 2. 👉🏼

#LTKselfcare #LTKBeauty #LTKHome

Save yourself the hundreds of dollars on professional tooth whitening — in my experience, the OG Crest 3D Whitestrips give just as good of results. I actually got so many compliments on how white my teeth were. A friend of ours got married last month and asked her dentist about a pro whitening treatment, and even HE told her that Crest strips deliver the same results for significantly less. Up to 19 shades whiter and currently 25% off! 🦷✨

✨ LOWEST PRICE OF THE YEAR: This is the steamer we used for Missy’s veil. It’s my essential steamer for travel, and now Missy likes it so much that she stole it to take on her honeymoon. 💀

It’s powerful, compact, and long-lasting (I’ve had mine for over a year), and it has dual voltage for travel abroad. One of my favorite features is the ability to fully empty the reservoir! And it got all of the wrinkles out of Missy’s mesh veil — one of the hardest fabrics to steam. 27% off on Amazon — this is the lowest the price will go this year!

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKTravel

This @Target tee is 40% off today and tomorrow only! It’s such a good t-shirt. It’s a heavier cotton, so it drapes in a flattering way and barely wrinkles — this is it fresh out of my suitcase after flying to Vegas. The sleeve cuffs are sewn like that, FYI. I bought both my true size and one size up (this is the one size up), and I like them both and WILL be ordering in more colors. Goes up to a 3X!

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKPlusSize

We’ve had some followers tell us they got into the NeeDoh lottery! This is for their advent calendar, which is in extremely high demand. This link will take you to their Amazon page to request an invite into their lottery. If you have a kid, tween, or teen (or adult for that matter!) who loves squishies, this makes a great gift.

#LTKKids #LTKmomlife

And my favorite workout tee is also 30% off + an extra 10% at checkout! This shirt is worth every penny. It’s cooling, moisture-wicking, and has a grip on the bottom so it doesn’t ride up. It comes in 20+ colors, and I’ve already stocked up. Also available in sleeveless and long-sleeve form!

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKActive #LTKPlusSize

These pants are 40% off + plus an additional 10%, and they are GREAT everyday pants with a flexible yoga waistband that can also pass as work pants. They don’t wrinkle and are SO comfortable. The stretchy fabric and waistband are especially great if you’re pregnant, bloated, or fluctuating in weight. Comes in lots of different neutral colors too. Another follower favorite!

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKWorkwear

The BEST raincoat is 30% off + an additional 10%! This raincoat is a follower favorite for a reason. It’s so cute and ACTUALLY completely waterproof.

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKPlusSize #LTKMidsize

This mirror selfie was my best attempt at capturing the complete look:

Dress: Hutch (rented from Nuuly)
Brooch: Under $10 from Amazon (so many colors!)
Bag: The most roomy, versatile little clutch from @Reformation x Courtney Grow
Confidence: 1,000/10. ❤️‍🔥

#LTKootd

Kinda chic to show off your feather brooch collection. Comes in 2 different sizes, lots of different colors, under $10, and took my outfit from a 10/10 to a 100🔥 this weekend. The perfect (and surprisingly versatile — I styled the green one with my swimsuit) pop of color.

This is the clutch! It’s from a collab between @Reformation and our friend Courtney Grow. It holds SO much. We’ve also gotten so much use out of it — it adds the perfect pop of color but surprisingly goes with a lot, and we’ve styled it with everything from jeans and a white tee to the sparkly little number in the previous post. Obsessed.

#LTKootd

Giving myself props for this look I styled for Missy’s bachelorette. Wearing a Hutch Designs dress that I rented from Nuuly, styled with a feather brooch that’s only $10 (on sale for $8.99 at the moment!) and got me endless compliments. Such an easy touch to instantly make an outfit more unique, intentional, and fun.

Not shown here, but I also styled it with a lime green clutch by @Reformation x Courtney Grow (linked), which genuinely may be our favorite accessory purchase this year. Love love loved this look. 🩷

#LTKootd

I used this PDRN sheet mask for the day of Missy’s wedding and included it in the welcome bags for our guests. It’s SO good. Hydrating + plumping, cooling, and also nice and thin. The serum perfectly soaks into your skin without leaving an excess of residue. It’s a good value too — $24 for a pack of 10. One of my faves!

#LTKBeauty #LTKselfcare

And here’s a different color and a completely different look! I clipped it to my swimsuit strap for a Vegas pool day party (don’t get it wet though). It’s both a pin and a clip — such an easy way to instantly stand out and level up a wide variety of looks.

I added this $10 feather brooch from Amazon to the dress that I wore for Missy’s bachelorette, and it instantly took my look from a 10 to a 100/10. ❤️‍🔥 I truly got compliments all night. Such a simple and inexpensive way to elevate your look and add color, texture, and personality to an outfit! They come in lots of different colors.

The dress is Hutch, and I rented it from Nuuly!

#LTKootd

This dress is like an optical illusion. I’m an apple shape, and this dress really gave a nice hourglass effect. Very, very flattering. The sleeves do tend to fall down, so I recommend using fashion tape or micro-stitch to adhere them to your bra straps (or just style it to be worn off-the-shoulder). True to size chart!

#LTKPlusSize #LTKMidsize

This cross-body purse is so cute, only $20, and comes in so many different colors! Jade green, the soft pink shown here, baby blue, butter yellow, cream, bright red, and black.

#LTKWorkwear #LTKootd

My favorite Hart earrings in my favorite neon yellow/chartreuse color are included in the Shopbop sale for 30% off (a $45 difference!). They’re the perfect way to add an instant pop of color and sparkle to an outfit, and I ALWAYS get compliments on them.

#LTKSaleAlert

I got this new Ruggable doormat for our entryway to get more in the fall mood. We’re Ruggable partners, but even if we weren’t, I would still swear by these. The key for me? They’re ALL machine washable. Use code SISTER10 for 10% off — I linked all of the rugs Missy and I have in our homes here!

#LTKHome #LTKmomlife

These bento boxes are THE BEST snack containers and a staple for us when we travel (and for pool/park days!). Each individual compartment has its own lid, and then there’s a lid for the whole container to go over top. Each compartment is stainless steel, removable, and dishwasher-safe too!

#LTKTravel #LTKmomlife #LTKKids

If you’re thinking about purchasing the NeeDoh Advent Calendar for a kid (or adult!) in your life this holiday season, there’s an overwhelming demand, so plan ahead now. Amazon is using a lottery system to control inventory, and if you want to enter their lottery, you can use the link here to request an invite.

The Helix Fall Savings Event ends soon! 20% off sitewide with code FALLSALE20.

We are honest-to-goodness obsessed with these mattresses. Like we’ve written an entire blog post about them with zero incentive other than to spread the Helix gospel. 🛌 Missy has the Midnight Elite, and Sarah has the Midnight Luxe + BedJet Climate Controller, which has been a game-changer for temperature regulation and night sweats. You can take a mattress quiz to determine your best match, and if it’s not a good fit, they have a 120-day money-back guarantee that includes disassembly and pickup.

Neither of us have tried their mattress toppers, but we’ve had some followers speak very highly of them, so we linked those here too! They’re almost $100 off ($465 ➡️ $372), and the Birch Plus Organic Mattress Topper is $426 (normally $532).

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKHome

Really like this new cotton tee from @Target — a good find for only $15. It’s a heavier cotton than your everyday t-shirt, so it wrinkles less easily and works well for fall and as a layer in the colder months. I ordered both true to size and one size up and like the way both fit. The sleeve cuff comes pre-sewn, FYI!

#LTKPlusSize

Here’s a video of the rag & bone Miramar Sofie “sweatpant jeans” (look like jeans, feel like sweatpants) that I posted yesterday so you can see the movement and details. These are seriously SO comfortable. Maybe I can justify the price by also wearing them as pajamas? Just kidding. But maybe not really. Here’s a roundup of where you can get them (size down!):

1. Exact Match: The Miramar Sofie Wide-Leg Pant from rag & bone. Save 15% with email signup!

Such a cute longchamp mini bag alternative! This is the faux suede, which I ended up buying because I took the strap out to see if it would fit. Comes in this color, navy blue and a black fake leather.

But I think I like the nylons even better. So many colors. And I'm 5'10 and size 18/20, and the crossbody is good!

Okay I get why this shirt is so popular. It’s so soft and so chic and so effortless. Looks rich because it is. Also these Agolde 90s Pinch Waist I finally tried! Size down in jeans I am in 31. Color I am wearing is Essence. In top size down at least one size, maybe two. Flats are old Alex Mill

My favorites from Shopbop sale: the Miaou corset on double sale, my Paige Sasha in Stefania wash, jackets in general but this one has been sold out on madewell, Staud Wally Boots, my studded Clare V bag, Loeffler Randall flats, and Reformation jeans.

Here are the @samedelman flats in the Martini Olive color too. These have more of a suede finish. They’re SO comfortable and great for adding an easy pop of color to a casual outfit. Several sizes are on sale (11% off) on Amazon right now!

Wearing them here with my new favorite @Madewell jeans, one of my wardrobe staple shirts from @Shopbop (plus a $15 Amazon dupe), my Ray-Bans, and an under-$100 tote.

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKootd

I lovvveee my @samedelman flats, and they’re on sale on @Zappos right now. The black, dark brown, and ivory shown here are the colors included in the sale. This color still has most sizes available!

#LTKSaleAlert

These jeans are so comfortable that when I got home from wearing them, I legitimately forgot to change into my usual sweatpants, because these felt so similar. They have a zipper fly and pockets, but they truly feel like pajamas. Definitely size down. Here’s where you can snag them:

1. Exact Match: The Miramar Sofie Wide-Leg Pant from rag & bone. Save 15% with email signup!

2. Lowest Price / Similar Colorway: The rag & bone Miramar Sofie Cotton-Terry Wide-Leg Jeans at @Neiman Marcus. Friends & family save 25% to get them for under $200!

3. Similar Style / Free Shipping: rag & bone Featherweight Sofie Wide-Leg Jeans at @Saks Fifth Avenue; $216 with Friends & Family discount. You can also get free shipping with code SHIPSAKS.

4. Exact match (rag & bone Miramar Sofie) on @Shopbop
