So my go to Thanksgiving outfits are usually nice tops and pants. This @tuckernuck top is such a good timeless piece! I have this in black, too. Many imitators of Spanx Air Essentials but I don’t think they compare to the temperature regulation, so while they’re on sale - a good time to invest. This is the track jacket and track pant and I’m loving the vibes. I sized up in pants (1X,) but it’s not required I just like extra room in hips (if you’re hippy size up if you want roomy) in true size (XL) in jacket. #ltkfall

Okay, this is wild because the staples of TA3 are NEVER on sale like this. 40% off EVERYTHING. I like the Square-y so much because the butt is full coverage. The suit already has a slimming effect on its own but the strings tighten in the back like a corset so you can get extra waist snatching. They are very thick and well-made, I’ve had my red suit for several years and it’s fluctuated through many different sizes. This is a great suit if you really want to enhance (or create) hourglass shape. One of my top two favorite suits. They also have dresses and have sizes up to 3X! Great for large chests too, as some styles have a lot of support. I’m in XL, they do run longer than most suits and offer a short and tall version. Can also be used as a bodysuit. #ltkfall

James goes into the office 2-3 days a week now and loved the lululemon ABC pants I bought him. But he's been on a GLP-1 for 18 months and keeps going down size, so I found some lookalikes on Amazon. He loves them and says they're very similar but 1/3 of the price. They're true to size he says, but don't expect me to get any other details from him. Details aren't his strong suit.

Sorry for the close-up nose shot, but this little gadget has changed my sleep and need to share the B&A. I’ve had sinus and turbinate surgery (twice,) but I still deal with a deviated septum and constantly swollen nasal passages, especially during allergy or cold season.
