I use a vest that starts at 11 pounds. You can add in 2 pound increments to the front and back. It’s been over a year and I am at 17 pounds for 4-5 mile walks. For beginners, you can start with a lighter vest. Any weight will elevate your walks! Here’s what it’s actually done for me: ✨ Built muscle mass – especially important during perimenopause. I also deal with left leg weakness and neuropathy, and this vest has made a huge difference. ✨ Boosted stamina – Walking with added weight has seriously improved my cardio, making everyday tasks so much easier. ✨ Improved posture – The weight naturally pulls me into better alignment and helps me stand taller. ✨ Strengthened my core – It keeps my abs engaged with every step, helping tighten and strengthen that midsection. ✨ Most important – It’s helped my stability through low-impact movement. That alone makes it worth it for me. I am wearing the 11-22lb vest as a more advanced walker. Leggings- small HOKA- 100% recommend for walking. LTKU LTKFindsUnder50 LTKActive
