This is my second Ursa Major product that I’ve tried. I love the first one so much and was in dire need of a good eye cream that I thought I would give this a shot. Honestly, at first, I was a little saddened whenever my product arrived damaged. However, I messaged customer service and they immediately refunded me. I really wanted to give it a shot so I ordered another one. And the second one arrived in perfect condition. I’m so pleased with the customer service, and that says a lot. Now for the product itself, it’s rich and creamy. It leaves my eyes feeling wonderfully hydrated. It has a nice light pleasant scent. A little bit goes a long way. This jar is going to last me for months and I do my skin care twice a day. The fine lines are reduced, and my dark circles are not as noticeable. I really couldn’t be any happier with this entire experience, even though the first one arrived damaged. Sometimes whenever something goes wrong, it gives an opportunity for something to go really right.
