Since our automatic espresso maker quit on us, we’ve been brewing coffee the old-fashioned way on the stovetop, and honestly, it’s been kind of fun.

Sure, pressing a button is easier, but there’s something charming about slowing down and doing it by hand. Slower, simpler, but somehow better ☕️
