Struggling with stability / muscle imbalance? cause me too😅 here’s some exercises @rstin_3 designed for me to improve those issues⭐️ external + internal rotations: 3x12 - keeping that elbow in always (not as easy as it looks!) dead hangs: 30 sec - releases tension + improves posture + strengthen my grip ! standing marches: 2x15 - puttin that core to work! - try to avoid leaning side to side these are a work in progress for me ! give these a try 🫰🏼 wearing @prozis code ‘mytrran’ ☀️
