The electrolyte mix I drink every single day (2-3 full scoops throughout the day). They also have unflavored which is best for fasting. No sugar, real ancient sea salt, and the ideal ratio of sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. Fave flavor is strawberry lemonade!
