I wear one of these cozy sets to bed every night! The top is not tight or restrictive, but it gives very slight support. The fabric is extremely soft and comfortable, but also breathable since I sweat a lot at night. I usually wake up and throw a t-shirt over one of these sets to walk the dog and make my coffee.
