This dress is from Let Me Be. I rented it on nuuly. I was not able to find it for purchase anywhere. I am wearing a 1X, which is honestly too small. I would recommend ordering your usual size. The dress does not stretch. These wide calf red boots are from Amazon. They are wide calf, but it takes a little patience to zip them!
