Made a little spooky seasonal swap in Sophie’s bedroom so that she can enjoy the seasonal decor change in her room along with the rest of the house!

I got this cutie flower pot and this light up jack-o-lantern style pumpkin from Bullseye’s Playground for her dresser just to subtly bring in the spooky, autumnal vibes 🎃🍂✨

I am SO EXCITED to burn these wood wick [crackling] candles! These two scents (Harvest Chestnut and Black Oak & Persimmon) are my two favorites from the autumn Hearth & Hand collection. I’m going to have to stock up to burn them throughout the fall (and likely winter!) season(s).

Chloe has been getting purées as part of her diet for a few months now, but always spoon-fed. Lately she’s been showing interest in eating directly from the pouches so we pulled out our pouch holder (in an effort to minimize messes) and it’s been a big hit! I had forgotten how useful this thing is.

Camp Magic Playbook — Kid Boss Week

We chose to do an Ice Cream Shop theme for this week… and one activity we enjoyed was an Ice Cream Relay game in our back yard. 🍨 SO. MUCH. FUN.

I set out two of our large + deep IKEA Trofast bins at two ends of our lawn. For the game we scooped up these ball pit balls from one bin and had to race to the other end to drop them into the empty bin. We went back and forth until the first bin was empty!

Camp Magic Playbook — Enchanted Forest

This super simple Fairy Potion activity was perfect for a warm summer afternoon. It kept my #LTKToddler busy for at least an hour! Water play, for the win!

I grabbed an inexpensive bouquet of flowers from the grocery store, removed the petals (our your little could help you!) and then created the “potion” base with water, a drop of food coloring, some biodegradable sparkles and edible shimmery glitter to really make it feel magical. ✨

We brought some sand toys with us to the beach for our summer family shoot this year and they were such a big hit with the girls! We love playing with them in other applications, but they made the session especially fun and were great props.

Don’t miss the easy to carry bag (that allows sand, etc to fall out so it doesn’t come home with you) and the perfect beach / park blanket!

Our beloved swim instructor is moving away so we wanted to give her something to show our appreciation of how hard she’s worked with Sophie. 🐠

This is the block set of my dreams! Our girls have had so much fun playing with these blocks already — I don’t know what took me so long to order them.

They’re so beautifully made and I love the multi-purpose box that everything fits in! I will warn that the pieces have to be put away EXACTLY as they are packed if you want to store them in the box so be sure to take photos to reference (which I happened to do for content purposes, but I would have been ABSOLUTELY lost otherwise). That said, the set does come with a beautiful fabric pouch as a storage alternative.

We’re beginning to practice with our new lunch gear for #LTKBackToSchool — I plan to pack this in my #LTKToddler ’s lunchbox with items that need to stay cool / room temperature with a thermos of something warm.

We love our Bentgo Chill lunchboxes, but sometimes you need to regulate separate temperatures... which is where this setup comes in!

Sophie has been LOVING the art easel that she received for her fourth birthday — the roll of paper is super convenient, the little clamps that hold the paper in place are sooo clutch, the tray is excellent for storage, and the height of the whole easel is so easy to adjust.

Ice cube seashell rescue play tray 🧊🐚
I wasn’t quite sure how these sandy cubes would turn out, but I love the result! I started with a shallow layer of water with a seashell in each square, then a thin layer of shaving cream (dissolved in water), and then the rest is water-soaked sand. My #LTKTodder had sooo much fun with this activity — 10/10 will be doing again!
