Since I’ve given up booze, pizza, French fries, and refined sugar I’ve been sick twice. Not saying it’s the pizza keeping me healthy but is not the pizza making me sick. On a serious note though, the wine free sleep is almost worth it. But I’ve learned that I have an insatiable appetite for sleep. I’ve never slept better (or more) and still want more. 100% chance of addiction transfer from French fries and sugar to sleep. 100% cashmere beanie that I have in 5 colors because she is $30.
