I've moved more than 10 times, traveled to 30 countries, and now call NYC home.I am a proud aunt x5.

As a Doctor of Pharmacy with 15 years of experience in regulatory affairs, my journey has been quite diverse. I worked for 6 years in retail pharmacy during my studies, gained experience in hospital settings, and interned at a pharmaceutical company. I've worked across large, mid-size, and small companies, completing a postdoctoral fellowship in regulatory affairs where I taught at St. John's University and worked at the FDA. I'm proud to have built and led my own team and mentored over 50 individuals.
I began creating content in 2017 to share my experiences and launched my blog, Basil & Turmeric, in 2019 as a creative outlet. In 2025, 1 took a step back to focus on my full-time role and embraced a slower, more intentional litestyle— baking einkorn sourdough, enjoying long walks, biking through the city, and practicing Pilates.
