Take the RIGHT kind of magnesium. Which is GLYCINATE. Drink organic chamomile tea. Get a white noise machine in case you have a pet in your bedroom or other noises that can disturb your sleep. Take a pinch of salt during the day that will give you minerals that restore balance in your body. Sleep in lightweight cotton pjs . Spray magnesium under your feet before bedtime.
