A realistic day during the school year 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 No snow day for us today which the kids were so sad about 😆. January can be a really hard month to stick to any goal you may have, especially when the weather is cold and the days dark. It can be hard to stay motivated but that’s when discipline takes over; not just with training, but day to day tasks. My biggest tip is to strive to get 1% better everyday, whatever that might look like for you!
