NO-BAKE PROTEIN ENERGY BALLS 🫱🏽🫲🏾 INGREDIENTS 1 cup oat or almond flour 1 scoop Protein powder 1/3 cup Honey 3 TBSP Cacao 1/2 cup Cashew butter Melting Chocolate INSTRUCTIONS: *MIX DRY INGREDIENTS FIRST THEN ADD WET* 1. Mix together the dry ingredients first before adding in wet ingredients. Mix it all together. You’ll have to use your hands! 2. Roll into balls (little smaller than golf size so it makes a filling snack) 3. Place in fridge 4. Melt your chocolate wafers *OPTIONAL* then mix in 1/3 scoop of protein powder for extra gains 5. Take out balls from fridge and start dipping into melted chocolate using a toothpick 6. One all balls are done, place back in fridge for 20 minutes then ENJOY! *you can also roll balls over chia seeds instead of chocolate for more healthy fats and texture* *balls are also great without a topping!
