FOODIE WITH A BOOTY 🍑, savory edition! Sharing my latest recipe & ingredients I used here!

PROTEIN PACKED SAVORY DISH 🥩

INGREDIENTS:

1lb. Ground beef or turkey
Noodles of choice
Low-Fat cottage cheese
Veggie of choice (I chose zucchini)
Pasta sauce of choice
Parsley flakes or shredded low-fat cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1. Sauté your meat and let it simmer
2. Cook noodles as directed, set aside
3. While meat is cooking, mix in a blender or processor .5 container of cottage cheese, .5 jar of pasta sauce, & your veggie of choice. Blend.
4. Pour in your noodles & blended sauce over meat and stir. Simmer until desired temperature
5. Top with parsley flakes or cheese
6. EAT!!!!
