Foodie with a booty! Festive Fourth of July inspired protein cheesecake. Sharing my active set (size smalls) and recipe details RECIPE NO BAKE PROTEIN CHEESECAKE šŸ“šŸ° INGREDIENTS: 2 cups pretzels 5-6 pitted dates 1/3 cup milk of choice 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 3 TB nonfat jello cheesecake powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup maple syrup Fruit topping of choice (optional) DIRECTIONS: 1. Blend pretzels, dates, milk, & coconut oil 2. Place in 8x8 container & press down until there’s an even coat of mixture (I put Saran Wrap down to easily lift out of container after) 3. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, jello powder, vanilla, and maple syrup. It should come out thick and creamy! 4. Pour over base 5.
