This is so incredibly good and I’m only 60 pages in. The voice is incredible- the conversation is from a place of facts, not condemnation. I highly recommend already!

Tomato soup on repeat since summer 🤤
Roast a whole bunch of tomatoes and onions drizzled with avocado oil, salt, and pepper at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Drop in a bowl with a Boursin cheese block and blend with an immersion blender. Lunch is served!
