I’ve been using this since I received it, and have completely changed my tune on it being too light. I use my own bronzer, so the one included in the hourglass palette looks nice on the eyes, the blushes look so pretty swirled and the highlight is very healthy and pretty. I’m not a huge finishing powder person, so I don’t use them often in their intended purpose. I like to use them on top of the blush to make it look more seamless on the skin instead.

Are you getting any holiday palettes this year? I think this is a nice pickup if you already have your regular completion base- concealer, setting powder & bronzer and this is your all over color. I even like it on the lips!! It looks weirdly natural lol

30 second bag review of the small Chanel 25 vs medium size comparison.

I don’t usually review bags, but I had a few questions on how I was liking the small 25. I figured I’d share since it was hard for me to find videos of people standing up with both of them on, and not sitting at a table telling me what fits in it.

The small Chanel 25 size is great without smaller kids 😮‍💨🫢 if you’re bringing a wallet, small toiletry bag (the smallest and/or medium lv toiletry pouches fit nicely) and keys/sunglasses, you can cinch it. I was putting bottles and diapers so it was an open hole. The medium Chanel 25 reminds me of the largest old school lv bucket bag with the drawstring (I can’t remember what it was called but iykyk what I mean). Also a bonus: I forgot to show the little pouch that comes with the medium. Just an overall better size imo!

Hourglass deer palette review: The blushes, highlight and finishing powders are really pretty and great for everyday wear. Bronzer is a VERY bold statement in this lol. If you anything darker than light (literally medium skin tone it might be too light), this may not be the palette for you. If you are someone who doesn’t want to worry about accidentally applying too much blush, this is for you. If you think this is too light, look at the hourglass horse palette! If you aren’t interested in hourglass this year, but still want to partake in a blush/face palette, look at YSL!

Hourglass brush: I was underwhelmed by the brush, that was a pass for me. I ended up using other brushes more than this single one on the palette.

The new huda beauty easy bake duo + new shade of the color corrector - what do you think? Here are my thoughts:

The color corrector is very brightening, very thick, and I used too much. Slightly drying. Didn’t need concealer. Would use again with less! I’m used to my @halfcakedmakeup brightener which is more hydrating but less coverage so I wasn’t sure how much to use.

The powder is much better with the mesh sifter. I like that I can bring the results loose powder in the car bc it doesn’t fly everywhere.. not so much with this. I like the colors mixed together a lot, less pink but more brightening. I would like to just see this as 1 color with the mesh sifter on top bc I used much more than I normally do w her powder.
