I hate to be the one to tell you this but….

1. You’re still using a regular towel to dry your hair, when you should be using a microfibre towel (like from @crownaffair) or at least a cotton t-shirt 👚
2. Not brushing your hair at all (I always use @thewetbrush when my hair is still damp)
3. You’re not protecting your hair at night with a silk bonnet OR a silk pillow case OR sleeping in braids (aka the most protective hair style) 🎀
4. Not getting your dead ends cut on time — they really do make a huge difference!! ✂️
5. Using heat every week. Try air-drying more often! (and always use a heat protector spray — my fav is @moroccanoil)
6. Not using a mousse for volume while your hair is still damp (makes a HUGE difference)
7. You’re still not shaping your curls with the finger method and gel (I use @garnierusa ‘s)
8. Skipping the everyday hydration — add a few drops of a lightweight hair oil and run through your hair daily!✨
