🥗INGREDIENTS USED:🥗
Romaine lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Avocado
Atlantic salmon from sprouts (the most delicious salmon!)
Adobo seasoning
Badia Jerk seasoning Jamaican style
French dressing

‼️I don’t recommend using salmon on the chopper because some of it got stuck to the top part and was hard to clean so it’s best to cut that regularly before adding to salad 💕

I tried batch juicing and freezing to save me time and help with consistently having ready to go juices 🤗🥒🍏✨

I read that using an electron microscope, lab testing for enzymes confirms that freshly frozen juice retains up to 95 percent of the original enzyme count and nutritional value when measured after 30 days.
