A Caesar salad that steals the spotlight ✨
This classic gets a glam upgrade, served in parmesan-rimmed cocktail glasses for the ultimate soirée bite.

You’ll need:
• Romaine lettuce, chopped
• Optional -Crispy grilled chicken, chopped
• Croutons (Italian or rosemary)
• Parmesan shavings
• Your favorite Caesar dressing (got mine from @le_petitpantry )
• Extra: finely grated Parmesan for rimming the glasses

To assemble:
1. Rim the glasses: lightly brush the edges with Caesar dressing, then dip into finely grated Parmesan.
2. In a bowl, toss together lettuce, croutons, Parmesan shavings & enough dressing to coat.
3. Spoon the salad into each cocktail glass.
4. Finish with extra Parmesan & a few croutons on top.
