I know how easy it is to put yourself last once you become a mom. Your days revolve around everyone else — the kids, the house, the meals, the schedules. But I’ve learned that taking care of me isn’t selfish… it’s survival.

Getting dressed, doing my hair, putting on a little makeup — it’s not about vanity, it’s about reminding myself that I still matter too. When I feel good, I show up better — as a mom, a wife, a woman.

Motherhood changed me, but it didn’t erase me. I can love them endlessly and still love myself enough to get ready for the day. 💛
