Having lupus and a lot of medications, these are the two products that I 100% rely on. One is a pill organizer that has a morning and night compartment. But isn’t too bulky. And the other is a pill cutter. My doctor is constantly changing my dosages so I need to have a pill cutter on hand in order to adjust. This is one of the few gold bands that didn’t look cheap or too yellow. I get so many compliments on it and the links are adjustable.

Tried Pattern lightweight conditioner to compare to my trusty Melanin Haircare leave in conditioner and i do like it but it doesn’t replace it for me. Pattern also has a strong fragrance. If you’re 4a or looser curl texture this lightweight one works lovely - but try medium, heavy, or intensive for drier, tighter coils, or kinkier hair textures.

I added the different types to this post so you can shop the right one for you. With 3c/4a low porosity hair, i would’ve gone with heavy next time.

My biggest tip for planning daycations (where you don’t sleep in the hotel overnight) is to get day passes. You can use apps like resort pass or reach out directly and see if they offer day pass. And if you are a local/senior/AAA you should definitely ask if they offer any discounts.
