I'm positive my MUA friends would say not to do it, but I love cleaning my brushes with Dawn Powerwash. If it’s gentle enough for ducks after an oil spill, surely it's okay for my makeup brushes. I've used it for over a year, and all my brushes look new!

It is my BIGGEST ICK to see moms all over Instagram wetting their little boys' or girls' hair down, slicking it back into a super tight ponytail, and then tying it off with a rubber band. 😭 Not only are you snapping their hair off where it's tied, but if it's too tight, you will cause the front hairline to break or recede. Remember nylon, satin, clips…ANYTHING is better than actual rubber bands. Happy hair day! XO, Lish

SECOND DAY MESSY WAVES. Using a one-inch curling iron from @babylissprousa, that's only $59 (link is in my stories!), I sectioned my hair in two halves. I started on the bottom, taking vertical sections, and alternated every two curls away from the face to one curl towards the face. I left out at least two sections of the ends of my hair and pulled the curling iron through them to give them a straight finish. Less prom curly.😂 I repeated this on my top section and finished with Davines Dry Texturizer. Happy Styling!
