⭐️ Lift weights- strong is sexy at every age (and I like opening my own jars and wine) 💪🏼🍷 ⭐️ Yoga- because flexibility is freedom… and I plan to keep bending without breaking 🧘‍♀️✨ ⭐️ Take stairs not elevators- unless it’s 100° and I’m in stilettos 👠🔥 ⭐️ Park far on purpose- those 10,000 steps aren’t gonna walk themselves 🚶‍♀️🚗 ⭐️ Walk with friends- emotional fitness counts too ❤️👯‍♀️ ⭐️ Hydrate like it’s my part time job- and yes I know where every bathroom in town is 💧🚻 ⭐️ Laugh often- belly muscles need all the work they can get 😂💕 ⭐️ Dance in the kitchen- disco is my cardio (don’t judge, Donna Summer’s eternal) 💃🏼🕺 ⭐️ Keep blueberries front and center in the fridge- they’re healthy, poppable and don’t come with a side of guilt 🫐😊 ⭐️ Balance on one leg while moisturizing- because wobbling builds character and core strength 🤸‍♀️🧴 ☀️ It’s not about perfection.
