We grew up with Pizzelles in our house, and Philly and I eat them every morning with our cappuccino. My trick for cutting the time to make them in half: use two machines! Literally these are the simplest cookies to make, you always have everything you need in the house, and I’ve added my mom’s (handwritten and well-used🥰❤️) recipe, SWIPE! I made lemon pizzelles today! I consider myself a pro at Pizzelles, and I like it to go fast and easy! I don’t break out the big mixer for this, i use a hand mixer. Having the perfect size ladle to scoop the batter is key and the right machine is a game changer. Once you try making them you will do it all the time; everyone loves them, they look beautiful, especially under a cloche and the house smells so good! Perfect every time, and in no time!
