Instructions and ingredients: • 1 cup almond flour (I usually end up using closer to 1.5 cups!) • 2 tablespoons melted * coconut oil i • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 1 cup chocolate chips Mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl. Add in 1/4 (or however much you want) cup of chocolate chips and mix again. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread/flatten (I use a spatula of sorts) form a large piece of cookie dough bark. Melt the remaining 3/4 cups of chocolate chips (full discourse I've been eyeballing this), then pour the melted chocolate over the cookie dough bark. Spread into an even layer, -d place the bark in the freezer for at least one hour. DONE !!!
