Closet set up doesn’t have to be difficult for any space. In Adleigh’s room, we added drawer dividers to her drawers so all her clothing could be file-folded. This helps her find what she needs without dumping all the clothes out on the floor. We have hangers at her height so she can grab what she needs. I am sure you know that I love shelf liner, but do you know why it is so important to line under your bathroom and kitchen sinks?⁠⠀

Well, back when we first redid our kitchen, the plumber didn't install the garbage disposal correctly. And when you turned on the water, it would legit drip out the pipes onto the cabinet under the sink. We didn't notice it at first. But when we washed all the Thanksgiving dishes that year, we found the leak...and boy was it a leak.⁠⠀

Needless to say, I lined the cabinets and we didn't have any damage on the wood.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
So I make sure to line every cabinet where there is water. This helps protect the wood so there isn't any damage if there is a leak...because there can always be one!⁠⠀

This craft area use to hold all my crafting supplies so I could spread out on my giant desk and get creative. Now my giant desk is being occupied by two little students. ⁠⠀

And I have to say I am enjoying them being home. Weird?? I love getting to spend time with them during the day. ⁠⠀

A lot of my tasks that I have had to do have to get shifted. A lot of my priorities had to change. But I am much happier now than I was at this point last year. ⁠⠀

This random closet has served as a pantry then storage then cleaning supplies. So as we have changed the space, I have made sure to line the wire shelves with EasyLiner. Then I store all the items like a grocery store...in straight lines. I used @commandbrand hooks to hang the dusters and mops!

How do you store your craft beads? We are using acrylic jars stored on the art cart. The reason being is that with all the stickers on the giant box of pearler beads, my kids always ended up dumping the beads everywhere.⁠⠀

This way, we can limit the fallen bead catastrophe and just let them search for the color they want in the acrylic jars. ⁠⠀

Our beach blanket storage has come in handy yet again!! I love these oversized laundry baskets from @thecontainerstore for storing beach towels.⁠⠀

Roll the beach towels and store in the laundry basket. Then store that basket near your door. Grab basket whenever the kids are wet/muddy/in need of a towel. Wash, rinse, repeat!⁠⠀
