Re-sharing these cute little heart topiaries I did last year! So easy and cute! Used a wood skewer for the base stick and hot glued it into the foam base! Love using terracotta planters for crafts! Then I used greenery to cover the heart wreath and added beads! So fun!

My goal for summer is growing English ivy in one of our garden beds and having it grow up the one side of the trellis.
