Won’t smudge below or above the eye (hate mascaras that leave you with lash marks on your eyelids!) 3. Will stay on throughout the day without flaking AND 4. Removes easily with no need for any special eye makeup remover And drumroll please….I’ve finally found her!!! 🙌🏽 Big fan of the brown.
