Helloooo skin glow! 🍯 So my skin broke out recently and then it resulted in a lot of hyperpigmentation which is my least favourite part of the process because it lasts for -what feels like- ever and ever. I’ve been researching lots of different techniques from using aloe Vera on my skin and home made masks BUT THEN! I learned about a layer of our skin called the “barrier” which protects if from germs, bacteria, allergens etc and how excessive cleansing (hi, me.. lol) and dehydration (also me 🤦🏽‍♀️) and alcohol & caffeine ( would you look at that... 🤭👀 my coffee habit is a non-negotiable) and so on can weaken it leaving you with breakouts, irritation, and hyperpigmentation. @firstaidbeauty sent me their NEW Ultra Repair BarriAIR Cream to try and it’s like a magic elixir, it helps balance out the bad habits by repairing the skin barrier with this light airy hyper moisturizing cream.
