I’m 57 + Post Menopause and these are my daily supplements! 💊I am asked often, what I take..so I like to share regularly! Comment HEALTH for links!

YES, I take these everyday! You can’t outwork what your body is missing. Targeted support matters now more than ever! I have had my bloodwork done, I am NOT on HRT, and am not a doctor….these are just the things that work for me.

AM ☀️- Stack3, Power of 3, NAD+, Collagen, Creatine, Xcelerate drink, D3+K2 drops

PM 🌙- Magnesium Glycinate, SuperEPA, Zinc, Mulitvitamin

A little good food, great company, and a reminder that life can get messy… but your clothes don’t have to! 🥂✨

I loved spending the evening with the L’AVANT x Kitchen & Market team for Cook Messy, Stay Spotless to celebrate the launch of @lavantcollective NEW Stain Remover + Oxygen Boost.🧼

From a delicious dinner to fun conversation, it was the perfect evening celebrating a product designed to help make life’s little messes a little easier to handle. Because let’s be honest, between cooking, entertaining, and everyday life, a little mess is inevitable! 😉

Thank you, L’AVANT, for such a lovely evening! 🤍Comment SHOP for links!

What does a 57 year old try on in Anthropologie? Well…whatever she wants! It’s a fun place to step out of your comfort zone a bit, jean styles you might not try, a dress that you think you might like…. I stayed pretty true to my style this time🤎

#ad My hair appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks, and the grey hairs have officially said, “Oh, we’re not waiting!”
Luckily, I have @lorealparis Magic Root Cover Up to get me through — and honestly, it makes it look like I just left the salon! 🙌🏻 And the best part: it is available @Target !

There is nothing easier than Magic Root Cover Up. Simply spray where you need it, let it dry for a few seconds, and you’re good to go. It blends beautifully with my hair color and covers those pesky roots in seconds.

It’s the perfect little beauty trick for those in-between-salon days when your roots have other plans.
Because sometimes we just need a little help making it to that next hair appointment! You can shop this product in my @shop.ltk #liketkit

I’m home after 2.5 weeks in Michigan with my son, daughter-in-law, and sweet granddaughter. 💗 Leaving them was NOT easy, but coming home knowing my favorite season is beginning definitely gave me something to look forward to. 🍁🍂

I spent a little time getting the house ready for fall — adding a few autumn colors, and bringing in some real plants for a little extra life to kick off the season. 🤎

There’s something about this time of year that just makes me want to cozy everything up, grab a cup of coffee and slow down a little.

Missing my Michigan people, but feeling very happy to be home… and very ready for fall. 🍂☕️🤎

My FAVORITE pants! I’ve bought these pants in 4 colors, because they’re that good! They look great after being in a suitcase, they look great for the office or just running errands!

Here’s a bunch of ways I’ve styled them! I’m actually wearing a pair now on the airplane! Trust me on this one!!
