$10 stretchy, best Jean jacket EVER!!! Stretchy & not too boxy! I don’t plan on buttoning it so I sized down to a medium (I’m usually a L) but they are true to size otherwise. This maxi dress comes in other colors & this whole outfit is a great way to transition summer to fall!

These stretch denim trousers are EVERYTHING! Size inclusive and come in multiple length options! This crisp white button up top is supposed to be a swim cover up but I love it styled as a regular top! All from Walmart! This patio couch converts into a daybed & has the most unique features like 2 pop up side tables & self storage for all the cushions! The floral rug is everything! No green thumb here so I use the most realistic faux flowers & boxwoods. The umbrella table is the COOLEST! And don’t get me started on those solar powered chandeliers!

Living room refresh DIY details:
The viral Walmart cabinets are back in stock and in a new 3rd color!!
The art is vintage but the lights are rechargeable so no hardwiring required!
A frame tv was not in our budget so try our hack if you’re in the same boat!
*notes on the frame tv: there is no physical frame on the tv. The decorative tape is so that there’s a “frame” when the tv is off. The rest of the “frame” you see is just the YouTube image! They are videos so you don’t have to worry about the image being burnt into your tv & if you are still concerned, you can search for slideshow instead…or don’t do this hack 😂

I am 40 & for the first time in my life, I have a skin care routine 😅 I’m a beginner, not a pro but this is what I use & love in the morning & have seen great results with!
- Toner to get any left over dirt after washing your face
- Mandelic acid radiance serum has made a huge difference in the texture/smoothness of my skin
