i’ve been open with the fact that my mental health hasn’t always been the best, & i usually find this time of year is when my anxiety likes to creep in 🍂

today is #worldmentalhealthday and i thought i’d share my routine and some books i’ve found useful to ground myself & help keep the clouds at bay ☁️:

✨ Radical Self-Care by Rebecca Moore is an absolutely stunning book full of accessible, simple rituals for nurturing daily inner resilience including intentional tea breaks, anchoring breathing, affirmations in the mirror and so many more. i’ve found this book genuinely eye-opening to read & i love the idea of carving out space everyday for a small self-care ritual - it feels so much less intimidating 💛

✨ the Find Your Path books by Richard Gilpin & Jess Henley are an amazing resource exploring common mental health struggles, from depression to imposter syndrome, and offer powerful yet accessible techniques to navigate these. i feel hugely comforted to have these books as tools and guides for when things feel heavy, and i love how approachable and friendly the tone and style is 🫶🏻
