For those of you who saw my post about me being FED UP with my restless legs at night, I got these both to try.

I tried them both together last night for the first time. My leg giving me that incessant feeling like I had to stretch it, right at the top of my foot at my ankle joint. It woke me out of my sleep at 4am. 😵‍💫

I put the magnesium lotion on my leg from my knee down and took 3 of the dissolvable tablets (the recommended dose) and it worked. INSTANTLY. My flabbers were officially gasted. 🤯
