It’s my two year anniversary at my gym and I used to show up in whatever workout clothes I had. Then I bought my first athletic set and never looked back. For me, dressing up for the gym has motivated me to show up 4-5 times per week!

Most of my favorite sets are Joy Lab from @target! They are affordable, wash well and they look just as cute as the more expensive brands.

I’m a size S bottom and S top. My regular pants size is 4, and top size S.
