Living room skirted tablecloth was custom made for our wedding on Etsy. I’ve linked the seller and they are so great to work with and the tablecloth can be made in different shapes and colors. What is shown on the table is also linked!

We’re lucky to be able to borrow this unused sideboard from Hunter’s parents storage unit to use as our media console. I love traditional style furniture and think this piece adds warmth and elegance to our space! I’ve linked some similar sideboards that I found online as well as similar chairs to the ones I found at an antique store, but I highly recommend searching Facebook marketplace and your local antique stores! To make the tv a little less of a focal point, I added book stacks to either side and accessorized with vases and frames!

I found our coffee table on Facebook Marketplace for $40 and love the faux bamboo detailing on the legs and cane shelf for displaying books. The Burl wood box shown fits perfectly in the shelf and stores our tv remotes out of sight to help keep our space uncluttered!

This small vanity piece was one of my first Facebook marketplace purchases and I still love it just as much today as when I bought it! As soon as we got our wedding photo gallery back I knew I needed some hanging frames for them and wanted a custom look without a hefty price tag. I found this set of 4 11x14 frames matted for 8x10 photos and gave them a try! The frame set comes with a standard mat with an ivory and a white side, but to give them more of a custom feel I found a bevel cut ivory mat to replace the plain one. It easily elevated the look and now we have wedding photos hanging to fill our otherwise empty hallway from our living room to our kitchen. The frames I used just came back in stock in gold, and I’ve linked the items shown in this reel below!

I’ve been slowly trying to accumulate art for our walls, and my mom brought the perfect solution with her the last time she visited! She gifted me some handpainted plates she received as a wedding gift and an invisible edge plate hanger that I decided would be a great way to add some color and interest to the corner of our living room! While plates may not be “art” they make a great affordable option that can make a big impact when hung in a group. This is the perfect solution to any one off plates you may see at antique stores or estate sales!

I found a beautiful pair of cane and faux bamboo chairs at a local store in Birmingham called Stash and am so excited about how they look in our living room. I’ve linked some similar looking new and vintage options and am including what I look for when shopping vintage furniture piece below!

-All the cane being in-tact.: Getting cane rewoven is expensive so if there are holes in it then they may become really pricey to fix!
-Removable cushions: This makes reupholstery much more affordable. I’ll eventually get new cushion covers made for the cushions that came with these chairs made, but did now I just wrapped some light blue fabric around the bottom cushion.
-A reputable maker and/or all wood construction: usually when removing cushions or looking at the base of the chairs you can find a maker. These are by Hickory Chair out of North Carolina, so I knew they were a good deal at under $500 for the pair. I find an identical pair for $2300 😳
-Versatility of use: While I love the way these look in our living room I know that they will be great in future homes too since they look pretty from all angles with the cane on the back.

Wedding photos are in so getting a few printed and hung before guests arrive for Thanksgiving quickly went to the top of my to-do list! I love the finish on these Amazon frames that come as a four pack. I upgraded the mat to ones with a bevel cut v detail to make them seem a little more professionally done. Frames are forty dollars for four frames (I have color: gold)! Mats come as a pack of ten for twelve dollars (I have color: ivory)!
